Day 01/02 : LAX → Incheon → Hanoi → Halong → Hanoi

I REALLY can't sleep right now, so I thought I'd start on the entries for my trip to Vietnam.

Okay so this starts out July 05th, 2008. We waited at the airport from around 11 AM - 2 PM, it was SO boring and the hot dog I ate at the gate was horrible and expensive lol. Well duh, airport food -_-. So blah blah blah we board the plane at 1:30, fly at 2, and get to Incheon at around 6 PM Korea time. I felt SO GROSS ugh I wanted to puke so bad, last minute motion sickness. Anyways.. the Asiana airplane we were first on had those individual touch screen TVs/Computers/Radios etc. so I was listening to this Japanese station then this Korean station lol I was like omg Epik!!!!!!!!!! but then I got bored so I watched 27 Dresses which is like the CUTEEEEEEEEEEST MOVIE EVERRR. Then I slept for like 2 hours lol and there comes the motion sickness yayyy. My mom was like, "How come you don't want to eat???" I just told her I felt sleepy lol. Ok so at Incheon we were there for an hour so I just sat at the naver station or w/e it was called to use the free laptops+internets lol best airport ever, but then we had to leave, so there goes another 2 hours on the plane feeling sick to my stomach until we got to Hanoi, a city in Northern Vietnam, We got our baggage and then went through customs with the crazy airport security that looked so bored but so into their job lol. They scare me okay anyways we found our tour guide and followed him and everyone else to our bus, which took an hour driving back to the hotel AND IT RAINED LOL we were like wtf random it stopped out of nowhere too. Our hotel was soooo nice I don't have my pics right now but that's okay I'll photobucket it to everyone later lol. Tuyen, have you ever heard of the Sofitel Plaza? I ended up like flooding the bathroom lol making my sis so pissed off. Lights out we went to sleep, end of that.

The next morning we took a bus to Halong bay. We went to the dock and took a mini speed boat out to our junk ship. The water reflected to this green color, just like the rock thingamajigs everywhere lol. It was realllllllly pretty on our boat, but when my sis and i saw our room we looked in the shower and were like WTF no tub ok just a drain and a detachable shower head LOL. We got to explore around the ship for a while and just laid out on the sun deck for a bit until the tour guide asks if we want to swim or go kayaking. OMG KAYAKING LOL THE MOST TIRING CRAP OF MY LIFE MY SISTER WAS LIKE JUST TOUCH THE WATER WHEN YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO GO DEEP INTO THE WATER SO YOUU ACTUALLY MOVE i got pissed because we were going so slow lol. She got pissed at me because she said I wasn't doing it right but I was doing it the way my parents told me to do it >:[ Then we got back to the ship and i completely swallowed a crapload of sea water jumping off the kayak lol.

Everyone showered up ( I wet every wall in that freaking bathroom I hate showering like that I hear you do it in HK KAYLA!! MAY!! LOL) then meet up in the dining hall for dinner. Guess what was on the menu!!!!!! Seafood seafood and more seafood!!! I ate vegetables and a bit of meat and that was IT LOL I didn't even WANT to eat. My sister ate a bad clam leading her to get sick days later HAHA SUCKER i hate her anyways lol. ok end of night, we all go back to our cabins and my stupid sister doesn't want to sleep with the ac on for some reason so i end up nearly suffocating to death that night. next morning we wake up and my sister says it feels hot and she doesn't feel well WELL DUH SOMEONE DIDN'T WANT THE AC ON and my parents are just like full of worries while if i were the one sick they'd yell at me until my ears fell off ok. i hate her for that too. so she's just resting and we're waiting to get back to shore so we can drive back to hanoi for a bit, by the time we get there my sis feels worse yay.

Back in Hanoi, we visited two pagodas, and went through the shopping district. It was . UNBELIEVABLY HOT omg. I can't even remember all the places we visited anymore lol ok so we went to eat lunch and came back to the bus to drive to the next city which I also don't remember at the moment END DAY 2.

ok i still feel like crap but my laptop is almost dying lol.
